Payment by dankort or credit card. You can use Visa, Master, and Dankort/Visa.

Products are usually shipped max. 2 - 5 working days from order.

Risk of Loss
|
|
All items purchased from Acuity World WebShop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Right of Return
|
According to Danish legislation, you have the right to return a product within 14 days from receipt.
No right of return is granted for sound or motion picture recordings if you have broken the sealing, unless the product is defective. If you return a product, the product has to be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you and preferably accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
You can withdraw your purchase by:
1. refusing to receive the goods, or by
2. handing over the goods to the post-office authorities, or by
3. returning the goods to the address stated
You will defray the costs of return. Provided the products returned comply with the requirements, you will within 14 days receive a check for the amount corresponding to the price for the product, freight costs, if any, deducted.

Right of Complaint
|
|
Your right of complaint is 2 years. If, by mistake, you receive a wrong product, i.e. the product is not the one you have ordered, or in case you receive a damaged product, you must notify Acuity World WebShop within 2 months after you have established the non-conformity. You can notify us by sending an email to: info@acuityworld.com. You can make use of your right of complaint by returning the product to us. We will of course pay your return costs in case you must return a wrong or damaged product. We reserve the right to rectify the defect/replace the product with an undamaged product instead of reimbursing you for the purchase price.

Agreements with Acuity World WebShop are concluded in Danish.
When you buy products from Acuity World WebShop, general Danish rules of law on sale and contracts will apply, including the rules on consumer sale. As a consumer, you are therefore protected by the existing legislation within the area, i.e. primarily the Danish Sales Act and the Danish Act on Consumer Contracts.

Disputes
|
|
Any dispute arising between Acuity World WebShop and a person engaged in commerce will be settled by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen.

Handling of Personal Information
|
Any personal information you submit to us, i.e. name, address, phone number, etc. will remain confidential, and is utilized for execution of your order. According to the laws regarding company accounts, we are obliged to keep your personal information for five years. Credit card information is transmitted to PBS via a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Personal information is stored by Acuity World WebShop in a database on a secured server. We do not pass on your personal information to third party.
According to the Danish Act on Procession of Personal Data it is possible for you to get an insight into and to object to the information concerning you.
In order to make it easier for you to purchase from Acuity World WebShop, we use a so-called cookie. A cookie is a small file which is stored in your own computer via your web-browser, so that our system will recognize your browser. This means that it is not necessary for you to enter your address next time you want to buy products from us.
You can of course always delete the cookie from your computer.
