General Promoter Agreement

The promoter will respect and act in accordance with the Acuity World WebShop Terms of Sale and Delivery. The promoter accepts that he acts on his own behalf, and is not entitled to bind or commit Acuity World WebShop in any way whatsoever.

Promoter's customer is entitled to a special 5% discount when he uses the promoter's ID no. when ordering, and promoter is entitled to a commission on the sale - see below rates.

When a customer signs up 60 days before a course /program, the customer will get 10% discount.
If two or more customers sign up together for the course/program, they will get 15% discount.
A customer can obtain max. 15% discount in total.

Commission rates :

Products	2.5%	4%	5%
Special Products	4%	6%	8%
Trainings	7.5%	10%	12.5%
Promoter Commission Settlement Dates	31/12	30/6 + 31/12	30/6 + 31/12

Commission will be settled only if in excess of DKK 500,-/year.

Accumulated commission not exceeding DKK 500,-/year, is transferred to next year or you may choose training/products for the amount accumulated.

When you choose to receive products and/or courses/training with Acuity World for commission, we double your commission.

How to advance from "Silver" to "Gold":
There are 2 ways how you can advance from "Silver" to "Gold":
1. Your customers have bought for more than TDKK 100, or
2. More than 10 of your contacts have attended either of our trainings.

How to advance from "Gold" to "Platinum":
There are 2 ways how you can advance from "Gold" to "Platinum":
You are a certified PLP II practitioner and

1. You have sold for more than TDKK 250 or
2. More than 25 of your contacts have attended either of our trainings.
